The board of trustees believes that policy development and review is one of the primary mechanisms by which it provides governance to St. Albert Public Schools.  In its interest to represent community values, the board welcomes suggestions for policies from stakeholders and is committed to the involvement of school, division, parents/guardians and community members in the policy development process.  

Further, the board is committed to the cyclical review of its policies and procedures.
