G-140-BR: Smoking on Division Property

1. The board understands, to address operational concerns, that specific conditions may be recognized to allow the use of smoking tobacco products only on division property.
2. Written application to request approval to smoke on division property must be sent to the superintendent or designate. The application must specify conditions and limitations to protect the integrity of the school division.
