The board recognizes its duty to ensure the creation and maintenance of a healthy and safe working and learning environment for all employees and students.
The Board of Trustees believes all staff and students must arrive and attend work/school fit to fulfill their obligations. Therefore, the possession or consumption of any substance such as alcohol, vaping oils, cannabis products and/or prescribed medications or recreational substances that causes or results in impairment is prohibited on division property and at all off-site, division-sponsored student functions.
