Questions about your child's progress at school?

Step 1: Teacher

First, talk to your child's teacher. Most concerns can be dealt with at this level.

Step 2: School Administration

If you still have concerns, please contact the school administration (principal and/or assistant principal).

Step 3: Deputy Superintendent, Program and Planning

If your concerns have not been addressed to your satisfaction at the school level, please call our division office at 780.460.3712 and ask to speak with our deputy superintendent.

Step 4: Superindentent

If you feel that your concern has not been resolved after steps 1-3, please call our division office at 780.460.3712 and ask to speak with our superintendent.
