Our Communication Path

Do you have questions or concerns regarding your child's school experiences, like learning or conflict with peers? Please reach out! These are the proper steps you should take:

Step 1: Teacher

First, talk to your child's teacher. Most concerns can be dealt with at this level.

Step 2: School Administration

If you feel the matter is unresolved, please contact the school administration (principal and/or assistant principal).

Step 3: Division Office

If your questions or concerns have not been addressed to your satisfaction at the school level, please call our division office at 780.460.3712 and your call will be directed to the appropriate department.
